"Thrown into a parallel world by the mischievous actions of a possessed Skull Kid, Link finds a land in grave danger. The dark power of a relic called Majora's Mask has wreaked havoc on the citizens of Termina, but their most urgent problem is a suicidal moon crashing toward the world. Link has only 72 hours to find a way to stop its descent."
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask was the second and last Zelda game for the N64 console. When the game was released, it required an upgrade to the N64's expandable memory cart. This upgrade meant that the game had a slight visual improvement from Ocarina of Time and also featured many more enemies on the screen at once. The story takes much of a departure from the classic Zelda formula (setting, enemies), but it kept the game fresh and entertaining. This is the first game to feature Nintendo's annoying new character, Tingle.
