The sound of lockers shutting, boys flirting with girls, unfortunite dudes getting shoved in lockers, and other sounds of high school.Yes, high school.The deadliest of all places to be.But Link Courage was surviving.He was the 'popular' dude, but he wasn`t mean, that was Dark Shadow, Ganon Power, Vaati Itaav, and Zant Twilight.Link had alot of girls falling head over heals for him.To bad he was takin.Link dated the most 'popular' but once again nice, girl, Zelda Hyrule.Her father was very wealthy.Link was the qaurterback on the football team along side his best friend, Shiek Hyrule, Zelda`s brother.But, of corse, he had to have a neardy friend.Kafei Dotour wasn`t 'neardy' he was just freakishly smart.Sheik was dating one of Zelda`s friends, Malon Lonlon and Kafei had a crush on another one of her friends, Anju Stock.The 'mean girls' of the school were led by none other than Midna Twili.She was Dark`s girlfriend.Her friends Tetra Hyrule, Zelda`s and Shiek`s sister and Zant`s girlfriend, Naburoo Spirtit, Ganon`s girlfriend, and finally Ruto Zora, Vaati`s girlfriend.Anywho, Link closed his locker to see Zelda smiling widely at him."Hey, Linkie."She giggled a little
"Hey, Zel, whats up?"
"Oh, nothing, just wanted to see you.That`s all."
"Really, that`s all?"Link could always tell when somthing was on her mind."What is, Zel?"
"Okay, so there`s this dance coming up..."
"So, any plains near the dance?"
"Nope."She smiled
"Then, I`ll pick you up at nine."He threw his bookbag over his sholder and pecked her on the lips before the bell rang and he whent off to homeroom.He sat down at his desk in the midle of the room and Sheik sat down next to him.Kafei sat on the other side of Link."Guys, most likely not but it`s worth asking, did you study for our science test today?"Kafei asked, already knowing the answer"Oh, hell no.I took Malon out last night."Sheik answered"No, I totally forgot."
"Well, good luck."

The eary sound of my freakin alarm clock woke me up, as usual.I groaned and sat up.It was Friday, yeah, the dance was today.I hopped out of bed and slipped on some close.After grabbing a bannana to eat on the way to school, I hopped in my forest green Shelby Cobra GT 500 Mustang with white racing stripes and a triforce as a hood ornament.I pulled out of the drive way and headed to Sheik`s house.I pulled up and saw Zelda just leaving in her light baby blue convertible.I honked and waved as Sheik hopped in."Dude, I can`t wait for the dance tonight."
"Yeah, Malon`s gonna look so hot."
"Ah, you mean Zelda, right?"
"Dude,"
"I`m just playin'"I drove on and pulled into Kafei`s drive way.I honked and he opened he slipped in.We parked in the parking lot at school and Kafei relised he was late so he ran off.Sheik and I, we don`t give shit if we`re late or not.Later, at lunch, I sat down with Sheik, Kafei, the football team, Zelda, and her friends."Dude, ask her to the dance.She seriously likes you."I earged Kafei."I don`t know.What if she says no."
"She won`t just go."I pushed him up and he walked over to Anju, who was getting some water."Oh, h-hey, Kafei."
"Hey A-Anju."He clared his throat and just knew his face was burning hotter than death mountain crater."Is it hot in here or what?Oh, umm...I was w-wandering, if you.... you know...if you`d like to g-go to the....Anju will you go to the dance with me?"He blurted out
"Yes, I`ve been waiting for this moment for a few months now."She threw her arms around him and Sheik and I burst out laughing.Zelda rolled her eyes.Malon glared at Sheik.Kafei sat down with his face so red, the tomatos on my sandwitch were jealous.I pated his back and he just sat there, staring at only God knows what."I-I did it." "Yeah, dude, finally"Sheik said "I did it I did it I did it!I DID IT!Yes!And she acually said yes!" "Dude, calm down." "Oooh, my brother`s gonna be so jealous."

After school, Malon, Anju, Romani, Cerimia, and I whent to my house to get ready for the dance.They helped me in my dress and I helped them.I wore a light blue, my favorite color, plain dress that was flowy at my knees, it whent to the top of my shin and was strapless.My dress had a white sash sewn on it and I wore my stilleto, white heels also my hair was curled.Malon had a cream colored dress going to the top of her knees and yellow flower buds trailed up to the sphegetii strap.Her long red hair was pulled back in a pampadour and she wore her flat heeled black shoes.Anju wore a sphegetii strap royal blue dress going to her ankels and her silver flippflops.I tried to ddo something to her hair, but she wouldn`t let me.Romani, Malon and Cerimia`s sister, wore a violet dress like Anju and her hair was down.Cerimia wore a like Malon`s, they were twins, except white with pink buds.After we dressed, we climbed in my light blue convertible and drove off.I parked in my favorite parking spot and we walked into the gym that was totally transformed into a dance.I saw Link drinking some punch with Sheik and Kafei, along with the other football jockies."Hey, Linkie"
"Hey, Zel.You look awsome."
"You don`t look half bad yourself, Hero."That was one of my nicknames for him because his lastname is Hero."Thank you, my princess"Every hero needs his princess, right.Kafei`s face was burning red when he saw Anju.We all walked over to a table and sat down.I glanced around and saw, through the window, Dark Shadow getting out of his black corvet with Midna Twili, his girlfriend.They really piss me off."Right, Zelda?"Link asked
"Oh, huh, oh yeah"She hoped she got the right answer."You care to dance?"Link asked, holding out his hand"Of corse Linkie poo."We walked out to the dance floor and swayed to the music."Link, look.I think Kafei`s trying to ask Anju to dance."That he was.He was blushing madly when he and Anju walked next to us.Sheik and Malon did the same.

I just knew my face was on fire as Kafei and I danced.I really liked him and knew he liked me.He was wearing a cute little tuxedo, problibly the only, but I thought it was cute.He most likely got teased by Sheik and Link by it but he didn`t seem to care."Y-you look wonderful t-tonight, A-Anju."Kafei stutterd.It felt nice when he said my name, even if he stutterd."You don`t look bad either."Kafei smiled a bit and I smiled back."Link and Sheik thought Ilooked like I was going to wedding"
I rest my case."I think it`s cute."Kafei started to blush again
"Y-you do?"I heard him gulp
"Yeah, I really think your cute."
"W-well, I think your beutiful."Now it was my turn to blush."Th-thank you, Kafei."It felt nice to say his name.There was a little silence until I spoke up."This is my favorite song."It was Mama`s song by Carrie Underwood."Really?I like this song too."Wow, we must have more in common then I thought.My phone vibrated in my purse and I pulled it out.I had a text.
Tortus, I`m hungery.
"Who`s that?"Kafei asked
"My grandma."
"She knows how to text?"
"No.She`s trying to text my dad."
"But, isn`t your dad...dead?"
"Yes."My grandma just got a phone last week and has been trying to text my dad for various reasons."Okay."
"Yeah, I know.And when I try and bring her food she says she already ate but when my mom does it, she scarfs it down.I suck at cooking."
"Well, I`d eat your cooking any day." I blushed again"I don`t know.It could get you sick and I really don`t want you sick, our posibly dead." Kafei giggled"I doubt it would kill me."
"I dunno, it just might."Kafei giggled again.His smile always made me hapoy, even if I was devastated, I would always cheer up when Kafei smiled.Then Zelda walked over."Hey, you guys have been dancing for like two hours.The dance is ending.Oh, and we`re going to get ice cream.You comin'?"
"Sure."I said and looked at Kafei.

We got to Brusters and I got my favorite ice cream; Cotton Candy EXPLOSION.I like anything with the word EXPLOSION in it.Malon got vanilla.Malon and I sat down on a bench and I started biteing in mine.Malon always said I was a slob.She used her finger to get some of my ice cream and smeared it on my nose.She started laughing and I glared at her.Link and Zelda joined inthe laughing and I saw Kafei chuckling and Anju trying to hold back a laugh, but failed."Errr,"Then I did the same to her."Oh, payback." Malon snickerd as I laughed."Oh, yeah"She took some more ice cream and smeared it on my cheek.So I did the same."Guys, your gonna turn into ice cream people!"Link laughed.

We all whent home and I found Tetra still in her dress from the dance talking to someone on her phone.I shook my head and headed up to my room.I sat down at the dell laptop and turned my flat screen on.The news was on, surprisingly."Breakng news!A very deadly crimnal has excaped prison and is wandering around North Gorgia."I froze.We lived in North Gorgia."He was last seen in a black saburban."A picture of a man showed up in the right hand corner."He was arrested for murder, sexual abuse, kiddnapping, stealing, and so much more in Gwinett were he was put in jail.He is most likely still in Gwinett so, please, call if you see him."W-we lived in Gwinett County.I layed downin my bed and thought 'we`re one of the richest families here, besides Midna Twili and Dark Shadow.But we were the richest.'I gulped at the thought of someone breaking in.

I sat at my desk chacking my e-mail.Mostly nothing but things from Facebook like 'Zelda Hyrule has written on your wall' I don`t care.She`s my girlfriend she can if she wants.Then a popup came up out of no were talking about a criminal loose in Gwinett.Then, alot of e-mails came up.I first clicked on the one at the top, one by Zelda:
Link, did you hear about the
criminal?I heard it from Shiek`s tv.
The next one by Kafei:
Link, did you hear?A guy by the name of Saton is a criminal.He`s in Gwinett.
The next one by Shiek:
Dude, I`m like freakin' out right now.We`re the richest family in Gwinett.He`ll come for us first.
I froze and ran down stairs to see my family watching a movie."Link, what`s wrong?"Dad asked"Th-there`s a criminal that broke out of jail.He`s in Gwinett.We`re kinda rich, and he could come after us.Zelda, Kafei, and Shiek have already e-mailed me about it and it`s all over the internet."Then the Tv beeped and talked about the same thing.Then, the door knocked.Everyone froze.Dad stood up and walked to the door looking out the small hole.It was Zelda and Shiek.He opened the door.They were soaked, so it must`ve been raining.I tightly hugged Zelda as she cried."Zelda, Zelda, what happened?"I asked.She couldn`t talk
"After we sent you an e-mail, he came.The criminal.He came and...and, Tetra and us were able to escape, but."Zelda burst out sobbs.
"It`ll be okay, Zelda."I assured her.Rubbing her back, I layed my head on her`s as she cried in my chest.Mom came over and placed her hand on back.Link turned to Shiek."Were`d Tetra go?"
"She whent to Midna`s.Not that safe either."
"I`m sorry, for what happened."
"Zelda, Shiek, why don`t I get you some dry clothes to change into."
"Th-thank you, Mrs. Courage."Ilia followed our mother."I might have some clothes from highschool that might fit you, Zelda."
"Here, Shiek, I`m sure that Link won`t mind if you use some of his clothes."
